GEORGIAN-AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL
National English Spelling competition belongs to the U.S. Department of Peace Corps representatives who do military service in Georgia and all over the world. NESC – Non-Government organization was founded on august 7, 2013. This competition of English Language is a very good opportunity for students to deep their knowledge in the language and show their skills of using the vocabulary. The partners of the competition are: World Vision, McCann Erickson Georgia, IREX, Education & Training International (ETI), Ministry of Education, Peace Corps, US Embassy, American Friendship Club, Langate American Educational Center, West Travel, Tatishvili Medical Center, The Messenger, Cinema Rustaveli, Georgian –American School and Georgian-American High School.
This year the competition was held in 11 regions of Georgia and four winners were revealed in each of them.
44 participants were taking part in the national round of English Language Spelling Competition held on 31 March in Free university. Among the four winners of National English Spelling Competition throughout Tbilisi two are students of Georgian-American High School.

Chargé d’Affaires of the U.S. Embassy, Ms. Bridget Brink invited all participants to her residence and awarded them with diplomas. National English Language Spelling Competition will be held traditionally and both of our schools will productively cooperate with the organizers of the contest.
